Hands-on Tuition and Fees
Tuition for the two day hands-on retreat is payable directly to the AOA home office.

Payment Methods
When you sign-up using our convenient online method, payments are made by credit card through our secure payment process.
Those who sign-up by mail or fax may make payments by personal check, cashier's check, or credit card (by phone, fax, or online using PayPal).
Checks should be made out to "Academy of Orthodontic Assisting" and mailed to our home address - 2748 Watts Drive, Kennesaw, GA 30144.
NOTE: Shipping of student materials outside continental USA will incur additional charges which will be billed separately.

- Go to www.paypal.com , click on "Send Money". It is fast, easy and secure.
- Open a personal account following the instructions. You will need information for a credit card or personal checking account.
- Make a payment to "Academy of Orthodontic Assisting" with the email address tuition@orthoassisting.net .
Tuition Financing
When you sign-up online, individuals may finance over 4 months, and practices may pay over 12 months. Other financing options may be available by contacting us.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy for individuals is dictated by the Non-public Post-Secondary Education Commission of Georgia. Refunds are pro-rated based on the level of course completion. No refund is due after completion of ½ of the tests or 90 days, whichever comes first. An Administrative Fee of $120 will be deducted from refunds.
